Are your services covered by insurance?
A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) services are typically covered under most insurance plans.

Unfortunately, as the result of administrative challenges, my licence with the CRPO will expire on March 14, 2025, at which time I will have to apply for a new one, the process of which could take up to several weeks. During this time period I am considered not "licensed" to practice psychotherapy in Ontario. I am permitted to continue providing coaching and mental health support. Some insurance providers do offer coverage for these types of services, however this is rare.


What are your session fees?
Individual Counselling: $160 (50 min session) 
Couples Counselling: $186 (65 min session)
